Audiovisual equipment loans are available to McGill students and staff from the service counter on the first floor of the Education Building (EDUC 137). Please ensure you have you physical McGill ID card with you, as it is required to pickup all loans.
Available equipment includes:
- Video output adapters for classroom presentation
- Laptops (Windows & Mac)
- Photography and video cameras with tripods
- Digital audio recorders and microphones
- Data/Video Projectors (with HDMI input)
- Portable public address (PA) systems
- Video Conferencing Equipment (Meeting OWL 360° Camera)
- Private virtual meeting booth (in EDUC 115)

Standard maximum loan period is 1 week. Renewals are possible depending on availability.
Please note that members of the Faculty of Education community may reserve equipment in advance, but that requests from outside the Faculty are subject to availability on the date of request.
Campus-wide AV equipment is available to borrow from central McGill IT Services, 680 Sherbrooke West, Room 284.
