Biography:
Jessica is a creative and dynamic lecturer who specializes in model based instruction. A graduate from Mcgill's physical and Health Eduction program, Jessica continues to contribute to the field of physical education and health by providing professional development workshop to teachers across the province and country. On her free time, Jessica stays active by coaching and teaching Martial Arts, just one of her many specialties.
