As part of your role as Student Ambassadors, you will take part in a few promotional activities. Most of those activities will take place during the regular working hours. This would mean that you would be missing a mandatory activity such as a lecture or a lab. If you wish to take part in those activities, you will need to request approval for this short term absence.

If you are going through the Fundamental of Medicine and Dentistry, please visit this website and follow the proper instructions. Please note that a request for absence must be submitted to the UGME Office at least six weeks in advance.
If you are a third or fourth-year student or have started the second part of DMD II, you will need to fill out and submit this form to Ms Patricia Bassett for approval ►
