Counselling Services is pleased to introduce a brand new psychotherapy group to help students cope with mild anxiety and depression, as well as build a sense of belonging and community.
Construction will soon begin on McGill’s new Rossy Student Wellness Hub. The third floor of the Brown Building will be renovated to provide a “one-stop shop” for all of Student Services’ health-related activities.

McGill University’s Indigenous students can now rely on dedicated financial support, thanks to a partnership with Indspire, an Indigenous national charity that invests in the education of Indigenous peoples.

Because the current Student Health Service will need to be renovated, services will be relocated during construction. Beginning on Monday, October 15th, the front desk for the Student Health Service will be located in Room 3100 in the East Wing of the Brown Building (directly in front of Scholarships and Student Aid).

As we walk we ponder and reflect: What avenues are opening up to us this autumn season? Which paths have we taken that have led us to today? We consider the infinite ways of being and doing and living on this Earth and the infinite directions one’s path may go. Not quite knowing where the present route leads, we wander on.

Fitness Access McGill (FAM) supports students with physical disabilities, chronic illnesses or other impairments on campus with accessing physical activity opportunities on McGill’s campus.
FAM provides individuals with an exercise program specifically tailored to their bodies, and with access to adapted exercise equipment at McGill. Exercise activities are done in small group setting, with other FAM participants, with support from an exercise physiologist specialized in adapted physical activity.
