Skills for Managing Stress & Anxiety

Do you have difficulty coping with stress? Feel you lack a sense of personal control in your life? Do you struggle with setting goals and problem-solving? Join this workshop to acquire the skills to effectively cope with stress and feel comfortable utilizing these skills when needed. This 2 session workshop will focus on discovering the effects of stress on the body, discussing and practicing skills for managing stress, and creating individual action plans. Note: This workshop consists of two sessions. Please plan on attending both dates 

Session 1: Monday, May 6, 2024 2:00PM-3:30PM

Session2: Monday,  May 13, 2024 2:00PM-3:30PM

Please register 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop to receive the invitation to the online meeting.
