Canadian Career Symposium for Graduate Students and Postdoctoral Fellows
McGill Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies is sponsoring the inaugural Canadian Career Symposium for Graduate Students and Postdoctoral Fellows, October 18-21st -Hosted by the Graduate and Postdoctoral Development Network (GPDN).
The symposium includes a keynote address from Molly Grisham, and workshops from Loleen Berdahl and Jonathan Malloy (Work Your Career) and GPDN career experts on topics including Individualized Development Plans and career planning, positive psychology in the job search, getting a foot in the door, labour market information, and more. The program also includes lived experiences, with panels on transitioning your graduate work to the workforce, work integrated learning and experiences, and publicly engaged research.
