I am currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at McGill University under the supervision of Dr. Heather B Macintosh. I hold the position of Research Assistant at her Trauma and Relationships Lab located at the CRCF.
I have over four years of experience in both group and individual clinical work, with a focus on supporting immigrant women, survivors of Intimate Partner Violence (IPV), and individuals navigating mental health challenges. During my undergraduate studies at the University of Montreal, I worked as a research assistant with Professor Jacinthe Rivard, evaluating emergency housing resources for individuals facing homelessness in Montreal. My current research interest revolves around making trauma-informed care more accessible and affordable, and my master's thesis explores the landscape of trauma education in BSW-level programs in Quebec.
