To all School of Medicine faculty members, residents, fellows and support staff,
Prior to the holidays, I sent a message to every member of the School of Medicine (SoM) about next steps in the Faculty’s Our Words Matter initiative. Our goal is to ensure we are actively cultivating and providing an inclusive learning environment where everyone feels welcomed, respected and safe.
