Career Planning Advice
Access to Career Planning Services: Access to our Career Planning Services is exclusively for currently enrolled students in the MDCM program.
Maximum Number of Appointments: Students are limited to a maximum of three (3) career planning appointments per academic year. These services consist of any of the following tasks:
- Career Planning
- CV & Letter Review: two (2) documents maximum
- Interview Preparation
How Our Appointments Work
- Virtual Career Planning: Available 14 days in advance. Appointments will be assigned to one of our Career Advisors by the Booking system. Please be aware that evening appointments are reserved exclusively for Med 3-4 students.
- Virtual Follow-up: Available 14 days in advance. These appointments are available if the student wants to follow up with a specific Career Advisor. Please be aware that evening appointments are reserved exclusively for Med 3-4 students.
- In-Person Career Planning: Available 14 days in advance. Appointments will be booked with the Career Advisor at your campus.
- Semi-Urgent Virtual: Available three (3) days in advance. These appointments aim to answer questions that do not require a longer appointment. These appointments are not included in the maximum number of appointments per year.
Appointment Cancellation: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is appreciated for cancellations whenever possible.
