Mentorship Circle

This program is designed to support startups by matching them with seasoned business experts. Our distinguished group of local, national, and global entrepreneurs – each with twenty or more years of expertise – will support you as you navigate the challenges and opportunities of growing your business.

Program format

The mentorship circle is a year-long commitment between the startup and its industry-specific mentor. Regular check-ins will evaluate performance and set objectives to grow your business.

Who is this program for?

We welcome teams who:

successfully completed the X-1 Accelerator and/or the McGill Dobson Bootcamp & Cup within the last five years.
can demonstrate early traction with early customers and/or revenue, and are now looking to scale their business.
have the potential for exponential growth to eventually serve global markets.
have identified business goals for the next 12-18 months and are seeking mentorship towards achieving specifically identified milestones.
