Women in project management

By targeting Leadership skills as outlined in PMI®’s Talent Triangle, this workshop will help women advance their project management careers. Participants will learn how to make talent instead of gender the focus of their leadership style.

Learning outcomes:
1. Learn industry statistics related to the role of female project manager,
2. Identify common challenges faced by female project managers,
3. Identify opportunities to generate willing followers.
