Project management presentation skills

Are you a project manager seeking to improve your presentation skills? Do you get chills just thinking about reporting project status to a room full of project stakeholders? If so, you’re not alone!

High performing project managers understand that their primary role is to secure project needs. As the project spokesperson, they view making presentations as opportunities to communicate those needs, by presenting facts and proposing recommendations. They initiate dialogue with stakeholders and hold them accountable to solve issues together! Most critically, they don’t expect to do it alone.
In this seminar, we will discuss presentation tips relevant to the industry. Tips include the importance of non-verbal communication, and will include a PowerPoint template for reporting project status. It is recommended participants attend the previous Project planning and Project execution workshops.

Learning outcomes:
▪ Learn the key elements of an effective PowerPoint template for project status reporting
▪ Learn presentation tips from industry to assist project managers in better engaging with their audience
▪ Learn why the best communicators secure the highest quality resources for their projects
