Join us in celebrating March Nutrition Month with a delightful cooking demo led by RVC Chef, Shawn Faria. Chef Shawn will showcase the preparation of a mouthwatering Kimbap Triangle, a popular Korean snack enjoyed hot or cold, and adaptable to both vegetarian and meat-based preferences. This event promises an enriching culinary experience for all participants.

One of the highlights of this event is the opportunity for attendees to enjoy a complimentary full lunch, granting them unlimited access to our cafeteria—a value of $12.95 plus tax.
