  • Looking to stay grounded amidst the stress of exams? Join MORSL, the Empathy Journal, and the Peer Health Ambassadors for De-Stress through Freewriting! On Thursday, December 10, from 6-7pm, you’re invited to gather on Zoom for a reflective writing session. We’ll be exploring how meditation and stream-of-consciousness journaling can promote stress management and spiritual well-being. This low-pressure event is open to everyone, from the published poet to the student who rarely picks up a pen to write.

  • Please register 24 hours prior to the start time of the group to receive the invitation to the online meeting.

    You will receive the invitation to the online meeting 10-15 minutes before the start of the workshop.
