myFuture for Staff & Faculty

myFuture

myFuture is the McGill University's portal for promoting job opportunities and career education.

Since 2008, McGill has proudly offered this enterprise wide career management platform to better serve students and employers seeking to recruit our students and graduates for internships and career employment.

myFuture is centrally managed by the McGill Career Planning Service (CaPS), the Engineering Career Centre (MESC), the Soutar Career Centre at the Desautels Faculty of Management, and the Faculty of Law Career Development Office (CDO).

Employer Account

Faculty, staff and administrators can register as Employers on myFuture, to hire a student or young alum on a full-time, part-time, internship, or volunteer basis. For example, you can post for a Teaching Assistant, a Research Assistant or any student type position in your unit or office.

Take advantage of the free service and post your opportunity for students and alum today.
 

Note: you cannot view jobs and events other than your own with an employer account

Employee Account

Faculty, staff and administrators can register as McGill Employees to have full viewing access of myFuture.  This enables you to see what opportunities are available to our students.

This includes:

  • Jobs (summer, full-time, part-time, on-campus) & internships
  • Events (career development workshops, company info sessions, networking events, career fairs, etc.)
  • Programs and resources for job search and career exploration
     

Note: you cannot post a job under the employee account.
