• Committee management (planning, agenda, notes, etc))

• Venue booking (internal and external)

• Website construction (includes online registration form)

• Graphic elements (poster, program, booklet, welcome slides, directional signs, abstract booklet)

• Budget preparation and monitoring

• Sponsorship packages (creation of all material, reaching out to potential sponsors) 

• Speaker management (travel, hotel, email, speaker’s notes, order of proceedings, honorarium, gift)

• Hotel (blocks of rooms for attendees and speakers, rooming lists)

• Additional event components (Poster sessions, tours, sponsor booths)

• Logistics (registration [day of, name tags, lists], venue set up, housekeeping, supplies

• Advertising (invitations, email announcements, website, save the date, reminders, posters, social media)

• Interfacing with AV services (technical needs and set up, on-site technical assistance)

• Catering (food, beverage, accessories including rentals)
