Monday

2:00 - 3:00 PM: Skills for Managing Stress & Anxiety Join this workshop to acquire the skills to effectively cope with stress and feel comfortable utilizing these skills when needed.

Tuesday

10:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Art Hive Open Studio Join us to re-imagine and co-create a place where artistic expression flourishes. Let’s share a space where you can play and explore your imagination, gather, and make spontaneous connections through your involvement.

Wednesday

6:00 PM: Supper and Bible Study with St. Martha's Chapel.

7:30 - 8:30 PM: Lament with Earth One of five seasonal events featuring original music, poetry, rituals, images, scripture and videos to reflect different seasons of loss through the liturgical year. These events are interactive, inviting you to pray and sing along. You are invited to bring your own sense of loss and sadness. We lament together, and also share that which has been a balm to our grief, strengthening us for the work we know awaits us.

Thursday

10:00 - 11:30 AM: Skills for Strategic Procrastination Join this workshop to (1) develop an awareness of what is procrastination and how you procrastinate, (2) identify how procrastination works, and (3) discuss how to change "procrastination to "doing."

1:00 - 2:30 PM: Animal Therapy at the Student Wellness HubCome meet our wonderful Handlers and Dogs who are trained to provide you with comfort and stress relief. Hub Peer Supporters are also there to answer questions about the Student Wellness Hub's services.

1:30 - 3:00 PM: Science of Happiness Do you want to learn ways to become a happier person? Come learn about the science of happiness and discover how you can cultivate a positive mindset by taking in the good.

3:30 - 5:00 PM: Roots & Stems: Intergenerational Storytelling Come join us for Roots & Stems, a three-part workshop series designed to bring different generations together through art, storytelling, and shared experiences! Welcoming those aged 16-35 and 50+ to share and learn from each other, this series is open to all - no previous art experience needed!

5:00 - 6:00 PM: Planning with Purpose The Planning with Purpose Information Session is an introduction to the Individual Development Planning (IDP) at McGill. This session covers the process and building blocks of creating a meaningful IDP and goals setting.

12:00 12:45 PM: Gentle Yoga for Stress Relief All levels welcome. Yoga mats provided. Please register 24 hours prior to the start of the workshop. Location: Brown Student Services Building, room 5001

1:30 - 3:00 PM: CBT for Anxiety & Depression This 90 minute workshop consisting of two sessions will introduce students to a variety of cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to help manage anxiety and mood, including strategies for relaxation, managing stress, and achieving more balanced thinking.

7:00 - 9:00 PM: “Making Hard Decisions” Pub Theology Night at St. Georege's Anglican Church, 1001 Ave. des Canadiens-de-Montréal

10:30 AM: Shabbat morning services with Chabad McGill.
