Our official student association, GSAN, operates with the primary goal of supporting IPN students in their academic, social, and personal development. GSAN fulfills its mission by hosting diverse events and implementing new initiatives throughout the academic year. 

BrainReach is an award-winning, not-for-profit, community outreach program managed by IPN students. Their mission is to provide fun, interactive neuroscience-based workshops to elementary and high school students in under-resourced neighbourhoods around Montreal.

BrainReach North is a division of BrainReach. It is an online science-education resource developed and run by IPN students. Its mission is to provide fun, interactive neuroscience-based learning materials for teachers and students in remote areas who wish to enrich their science program and teaching.

Brain Info / Info Cerveau is a science outreach and communication initiative established in 2020 by IPN students, under the guidance of the IPN Director, Dr. Reza Farivar. The group's goal is to serve the Montreal and Quebec community with scientifically accurate information about the brain and associated diseases.
