EDI Industry Advisory Board

At the Desautels Faculty of Management of McGill University, we are committed to advancing equity, diversity and inclusion to better serve our community. Developing a respectful, diverse and inclusive culture is key to ensuring everyone who passes through our doors feels safe, welcome, valued and heard.

From Spring 2021 to Fall 2022, the Career Management team established an EDI Industry Advisory Board. This board facilitated open dialogue between industry leaders and McGill’s business school with a focus to better understand, support and shape all student experiences as they transition from academic studies to the early stages of their career. The board consulted in the development of an EDI Recruiting Best Practices Guide (see below) as well as EDI initiatives at the faculty. We wish to thank the following Corporate Partners for their contributions.
