This board facilitated open dialogue between industry leaders and McGill’s business school with a focus to better understand, support and shape all student experiences as they transition from academic studies to the early stages of their career. The board consulted in the development of an EDI Recruiting Best Practices Guide (see below) as well as EDI initiatives at the faculty.
