Welcome to McGill! The Winter 2024 Orientation is your opportunity to get to know McGill University, meet new friends, and kick off your first year at McGill University! Join us for a services fair to get all the info you’ll need to thrive in your first term, a welcome address and student guest speakers, and lots of opportunity to connect with your peers. We can’t wait to welcome you!

University Centre's main entrance and south basement entrances are accessible. There is elevator access on all floors, save the 2nd basement and the 5th floor. There are accessible washrooms on the 1st basement, 3rd, and 4th floors. The 1st floor connections with Brown Student Services building.

 

Accessibility Information:

The venue is wheelchair accessible through the side entrance, with an elevator available on each floor. The venue will have gender neutral and wheelchair accessible washrooms on the 4th floor.  

This event location is accessible by metro, bus, walking and cycling. The nearest metro station is Peel Station, located a 6-minute walk from the building. It is a 4-minute walk to the building from Roddick Gates. The closest bus station is on Rue Sherbrooke and Rue Peel, which is a 4-minute walk from the venue. The closest Bixi station can be found at the bottom of Rue McTavish, located a 2-minute walk from the building. The nearest bike racks can be found directly in front of Redpath Hall, which is located directly across from the venue space.
