My Neighbour's Faith: Day of the Dead/ Working with Ancestors Meeting

Join MORSL and Concordia's MSFC in experiencing Day of the Dead/ All Soul's Day with the Holy Grail Narthex of the Apostolic Johannite Church. The community will construct a traditional Day of the Dead shrine an hold a ritual and meditation revolving around connecting with our ancestors and those we've lost and a discussion focused on this magical time of the year when the veil between the living and the dead seems the thinnest. This event is rooted in mystical, esoteric, and Gnostic traditions and is an inter-denominational/non-denominational gathering based on meditation. Guests are invited to bring any photos or keepsakes of anyone who has departed for the Day of the Dead shrine. 

We will gather at MORSL at 5:45 PM, where snacks will be provided, and then make our way to The Integral Yoga Studio at 5425 Parc Ave, where the event will be held from 7-8 PM.
