How to Apply / Renew

To become an associate member

• Please submit to admin.bme [at] mcgill.ca
  • An application letter outlining the reasons and motivation for requesting your associate membership
  • Your plans for collaboration and contribution for the upcoming term
  • An updated CV
• Give a seminar at the BBME seminar series 

To renew membership appointment

Please provide the following documentation (a reminder will be sent before your term ends):

• An application letter outlining the reasons and motivation for requesting a renewal of your associate membership and notably comprising (please complete the table below):
  • A summary of your participation in departmental activities, your collaboration with department members, and your contributions to the department in research, teaching, gatherings, student engagement, and administration during the current term of your associate membership;
  • If applicable, your contribution to graduate student supervision in BME programs

• Your plans for collaboration and contribution for the upcoming term
• An updated CV, including the date of the latest update
• Current mailing address, if not included in your CV
