Thursday, August 22, 2019 10:00to12:00
James Administration Building #301, 845 rue Sherbrooke Ouest, Montreal, QC, H3A 2T7, CA

The purpose of CIHR’s Project Grant is to support a diverse portfolio of health-related research and knowledge translation projects at any stage, from discovery to application, including commercialization; promote relevant collaborations across disciplines, professions, and sectors; and contribute to the creation and use of health-related knowledge.

Researchers who are planning to apply to the upcoming CIHR Project Grant competition (call guidelines to be released in July) are encouraged to attend this information session, which will include:

  • A presentation about the objectives and application requirements of the CIHR Project Grant by Katarina Stojkovic, Grants Officers, OSR;
  • A presentation on tips and best practices from previous successful Project Grant applicants and peer reviewers (including an Early Career Researcher);
  • A question and answer period where participants will be encouraged to raise any questions they may have about the program or the application process.

    Those who are unable to attend or who wish to provide their questions in advance are invited to send their inquiries to katarina.stojkovic [at] mcgill.ca (Katarina Stojkovic) (ext. 5184) in advance so that they may be covered during the session.

You are invited to register here by August 9th, 2019
