Parents under the 'big top'

It's back to school and McGill Alumni Association hosts Parents Welcome Tent

Entering a new school can bring about many questions — and not just for students. Parents can have many queries when their children start university. That's why staff and members of the McGill Parents Association will be on hand this week to answer questions, host campus tours and much more under a big white tent on the University's lower campus.

"The Parents Welcome Tent is the place to go to get questions about McGill answered," says Brian Thompson, Parents Tent coordinator and annual fund officer at the McGill Alumni Association. "The venue will be a meeting place for parents and a location where everyone can learn more about the McGill experience and how to get involved."
