Biography: 

Dr. Myriam Lévesque-Roy is a neurologist specializing in Multiple sclerosis (MS) and Neuroimmunology. She obtained her medical degree from McGill University where she also completed her residency training in Adult Neurology.

She then pursued a clinical fellowship in Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology at the University of Calgary, and joined the McGill University Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery as an Assistant Professor. 

Her clinical practice is focused on the care and management of MS patients. In addition, Dr. Lévesque-Roy is a consulting neurologist for pediatric MS patients at the Montreal Children’s Hospital (MUHC) as part of a transition clinic. She also has the role of principal investigator in several clinical trials evaluating novel therapeutics in relapsing and progressive MS. She has a special interest in medical education and teaching for students, neurology trainees and fellows.
