uPrint Anywhere downtime scheduled Thursday, February 22 from 5:00pm-8:00pm
uPrint Anywhere, the email –based solution that allows you to print from your mobile devices, will undergo maintenance on Thursday, February 22, 2024, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
During this period, sending documents to the print queue via email (uprint.mono [at] mcgill.ca or uprint.colour [at] mcgill.ca) will be temporarily unavailable. All other printing services (sending prints directly to uPrint drivers, scanning, etc...) will continue to operate normally.
During this maintenance period, please take note of the following:
- You will not be able to send items to the print queue via email to uprint.mono [at] mcgill.ca (for black & white jobs) or uprint.colour [at] mcgill.ca (for colour jobs).
- Items sent to uprint.mono [at] mcgill.ca or uprint.colour [at] mcgill.ca during downtime will not be processed. Please wait until after 8:00pm to send items to the print queue via email.
- If you require printing services during this downtime, you can learn how to print directly to uPrint drivers by visiting About: uPrint – send your print jobs.
