We are thrilled to announce that Hypertension Canada has recognized Dr. Ernesto Schiffrin’s dedication and commitment to advancing the understanding and treatment of hypertension by honoring him with the 2023 Hypertension Canada Lifetime Achievement Award at the Hypertension Canada Annual Scientific Congress in Banff, AB, on April 4, 2024.
Dr. Schiffrin expressed his gratitude, stating, “It is very gratifying to receive recognition for one’s contributions, but the recognition is particularly special when it comes from one’s own colleagues, in the case of the Hypertension Canada Lifetime Achievement Award, from my colleagues in the field of hypertension in Canada”.
