We are pleased to announce that Masters student, Kelvin Ian Afrashtehfar, for winning the graduate research grant of the Alpha Omega Foundation of Canada for his research titled “Creation of a knowledge translation tool in Restorative Dentistry”, under the supervision of Dr. Falah Tamimi. His research aims to develop a software application for treatment planning in restorative dentistry would be easily adopted by dental students and clinicians to provide a time-saving evidence-based practice.
