Carley Marshall completed a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Psychology – Co-operative Program from the University of Waterloo, and a Master of Science degree in Psychiatry at McGill. She is now a PhD student in the School/Applied Child Psychology program at McGill. Her current research is related to child maltreatment, trauma, and resilience. With her doctoral research, she seeks to better understand the intergenerational continuity of child sexual abuse through examining the roles of individual, relational and contextual factors.
