STEMM Diversity group members have recently published a blog post with Cell Mentor, and a paper in Trends in Ecology.

Jessica Ford, recipient of the Chancellor Gretta Chambers Student Leadership Award and co-founder of STEMM Diversity@ McGill, describes her experiences and tips in the blog post, What no one told me about starting a student-run equity, diversity, and inclusion initiative. She and other STEMM Diversity members also document the lessons they’ve learned from running student-led EDI initiatives, their challenges, successes and plans for the future of STEMM Diversity in the piece Promoting equity and inclusion with student-driven initiatives.

The paper was published online on September 22nd, and is free for the first 50 days.
