Dans le cadre de la série Français au travail – édition Francofête, venez rencontrer Bianca Baldo, professionnelle du domaine de la facilitation chez Intersol, où les enjeux liés à la diversité, l’équité et l’inclusion sont bien présents. Titulaire d’un baccalauréat ès arts et d’une maîtrise en droit, elle mentionnera les compétences requises dans ce choix de carrière, les avantages et les désavantages des industries dans lesquelles elle a œuvré, sans oublier l’importance du français dans ses missions.

Invitée: Bianca Baldo

Intermediate Consultant, Facilitator and Trainer

Bianca Baldo has over 15 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, public consultation, group facilitation, and workshop design and delivery. She has worked in partnership with Indigenous leadership, not-for-profit organizations, government institutions, and private businesses.  Ms. Baldo has provided expertise in Gender-Based Analysis (GBA+), citizen engagement, and human rights consultations.  Bianca has completed a Bachelors of Arts in Comparative Development from Trent University, with a specialization in social mobilizations and women’s rights, a Civil Law degree from the University of Ottawa with an emphasis on gender equality and international human rights, and a Masters in Law from McGill University on violence against women and human trafficking in Jamaica. She is fully bilingual in French and English.
