Online Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for Healthcare Training (3 or 4 days): October 3 - 13, 2022

Join us online for our Healthcare Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and certification program. Learn the methodology to continuously improve quality, manage projects and achieve higher levels of performance in healthcare.

Focusing on customers’ needs, this approach uses data-driven tools, team-based decision-making, and a rigorous methodology to solve problems related to quality, time, cost, waste, and variation - while ensuring that solutions are sustained over time.

Industry-Recognized Certification

Participants will be awarded a Healthcare Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification after completing all class requirements and passing a final exam. An additional certificate in Building a Lean and Agile Organization will also be awarded to participants who complete the optional 4th day*.
