Curious about beginning your career in research and research coordination? Wondering about how to balance work experience alongside your studies? Join us for a conversation with a McGill grad student in Public Health currently working as both a clinical research coordinator at the R-MUHC and a junior epidemiologist with the Public Health Agency of Canada. Learn tips for career exploration and experience-building as a student.

Speaker: Kevin Jutras, BA Psychology McGill, and current MPH student at McGill

Bio: Originally from Drummondville, Quebec, my Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from McGill explored risks of mental illness through the theoretical lens of the Social Determinants of Health with a special emphasis on vulnerable populations and how it interrelates to those social factors.

I am currently attending the Master of Science in Public Health: Health Data Science at McGill University.

I am also currently working as a Research Coordinator for the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre and as a Junior Epidemiologist for the Public Health Agency of Canada.
