ECC: Interview Skills II (Abilities testing) - online

This workshop will dive more deeply into specific types of assessments, such as personality/psychometric tests, abilities testing and case interviews.  We will examine why and how they are used in current recruitment activity.  We will also review strategies on how to prepare for these tests, and tackle some examples together.
