Date with yourself — Virtual Creative Workshops (in French only)

On Thursdays 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. EST, January 25 to February 29
A fourth session starts this winter. No artistic talent required. Welcome to former participants. Facilitated by Mélissa Mitchell. (In French)

The workshops last 75 minutes and are divided into 4 phases:

- Presentation of the theme of the day and the creative approach.
- Meditation guided by Mélissa related to the theme.
- Period of individual creation.
- Sharing the creation with the group (optional, if you are comfortable).

You will be able to participate in one or more meetings for free: the Zoom link is the same for each meeting.
