D2R Virtual Information Session

Join us for a virtual information session about D2R’s upcoming funding programs to be launched in May: Commercialization Priming and Major Partnerships.

These two programs are part of a suite of thirteen programs that aim to foster innovation and ensure impactful translation of genomic medicine and RNA science into clinical and commercial applications, alongside meaningful policy contributions.

The Commercialization Priming program will provide short-term financial support for early-stage efforts to test the commercial potential of a technology, an idea, or an invention linked to D2R. 

The Major Partnerships program will provide matching financial support for the commercial maturation of technologies linked to D2R and for which a commercial partner, spin-off or venture group has been identified who contributes cash.

About the information session: 

The information session will provide an overview of D2R, share details about the two upcoming funding programs (Commercialization Priming and Major Partnerships) and answer any questions you may have.

Who is this session for? This session is open to McGill community members doing RNA-related research (open to all faculties), select researchers at D2R partner institutions (McMaster University, University of British Columbia, University of Ottawa and Université de Sherbrooke) and all D2R partners (including private, public, academic, philanthropic, etc.)
