CHANGE OF DEADLINE for the MDCM, MDCM&MBA and MDCM&PhD programs
Effective next admissions cycle (commencing September 1, 2011) please note the following changes for applicants to the M.D.,C.M. program, including the joint M.D.,C.M. & M.B.A. and M.D.,C.M. & Ph.D. programs:
The deadline to submit an application will be November 1, 2011. |
The deadline for the receipt of your supplemental documentation will be November 15, 2011. |
This will be a permanent change that affects all applicants in the university-level categories, including the non-traditional pathway applicants. There will be no change to the application deadlines for those seeking admission to the Med-P program.
Generally, applicants applying under the in-province quotas must have established residency status in the province by the application deadline (which has previously been January 15). Given that our university level applicant program deadlines will be advanced by several months, exceptionally for this year only, in order to observe the 12-month period needed for establishing Québec residency status, university applicants who wish to be considered for in-province residency must have their residency established for January 15, 2012 while still respecting the above deadlines. For all subsequent years, the Québec residency status must be fully (not provisionally) established by the application deadline (November 1).
