Call for Abstracts!

The 2011 CREATE-ISS Summer School is would like to invite students and fellows from McGill, INRS, Universite de Sherbrooke and Ecole Polytechnique to enter the POSTER and PRESENTATION competitions at the CREATE-ISS Summer School on JUNE 3, 2011.

The CREATE ISS Summer School will include presentations from industry and academia on the design, simulation and fabrication of sensor devices.   Participants will also have opportunities to meet and network with other guests.

Prizes of $100 & $50 will be awarded to the top 2 posters AND presentations!

To enter submit your abstract by May 20th, 2011 to administrator-miam.engineering [at] mcgill.ca

The abstract should not exceed 150 words, and should involve cutting-edge research in sensor design, fabrication and testing.  Applications for sensors in biology, medicine, communication and environmental sciences will be considered.

Four (4) speakers will be selected based on the quality and interest of the abstract.  Please indicate in your submisison whether you wish to be considered for the Presentation competition as well as the Poster competition.
