Elie Dolgin, McGill B.Sc'03, joined the journal in 2009 after stints as a biomedical reporter with Nature in Washington, DC, and an associate editor with The Scientist magazine in Philadelphia (where he previously worked as an editorial intern). He was also an AAAS Mass Media Fellow at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, and a participant in the Banff Centre Science Communications program. Elie’s work has appeared in Science, Scientific American Lives, The Globe & Mail, The Jewish Daily Forward and on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Elie received his bachelor’s degree in biology from McGill University and earned his PhD in genetics from the University of Edinburgh, UK.
