The Laboratory for Collective Narratives and Discourse Analysis (LACONDA) team will participate in the next monthly webinar of Montréal in common (MIC) to present a new information tool for the Data for Society Hub, spearheaded by the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research on Montréal. An update will be given on the development of a monitoring bulletin using text mining to help civic and municipal actors better understand Montréal communities. The presentation of the project will be followed by a critical assessment of the lessons learned by the team.

The event is free and open to all. Registration is mandatory; even if you are not available at the time of the broadcast, you will receive the video recording.

About the series

MIC Webinars are spaces for sharing learnings and knowledge for communities of practice working on issues of mobility, food, open data, and urban innovation in Montréal. Partners of the MEC program who are carrying out projects will be invited to come and share their experiences, their learnings, and their achievements, so that the greatest number of actors can benefit from them. In this way, the best practices can be reproduced and linked with the urban innovation communities in Montréal and elsewhere.
