Stress is one of the most common triggers for migraine attacks. It's impossible to avoid all stressors, but we can improve how we react to them. Come join us to discuss the effect of stress on migraine and the best strategies to manage it. Facilitated by Liz Ferland. (In French).

Occupational therapist, Annie Ledoux, and physiotherapy technologist, Liz Ferland, invite us to discuss topics specific to migraine in groups. Group sharing, enriched with their professional expertise, aims to better equip you to deal with migraine.

The meetings will begin with a thematic information capsule. Several topics will be covered, such as depressed mood, energy management, physical activity, chronicization, optimization of screen use, etc. A group discussion will follow, and through questions and diagramming the discussions, the facilitators will be able to dissect the theme with the group, in order to target how to regain control over their quality of life.
