Devon Packer has been studying piano with Genevieve Snider at the McGill Conservatory of Music, Community Program of the Schulich School of Music of McGill University, since the age of 5. His first major performance was at the age of 7 when he debuted as a soloist with the Orchestre symphonique de l’Isle playing Haydn’s “Divertimento in C Major”. He has appeared at multiple venues in Canada, Europe, and the United States. Most recently, he has performed at New York’s prestigious Carnegie Hall. Devon is currently exploring the world of composition. He had his first composition published in 2015 entitled “The Fantastical World of Camelot”. Since then, he has been studying composition online at the Purcell School of Composition in the UK.
